The RuuviTag Pro 2in1 is a rugged environmental sensor that measures temperature and acceleration. Perfect for demanding industrial settings and serious home use. These sensors work well in a wide range of temperatures (-40 to 140 °F range), and are lab tested and wet-certified for IP67, IP68 and IP69K. Purchase includes mounting screws and a CR2477 coin battery. One battery usually lasts between 2 to 3 years with continuous use and can be easily replaced by the user.

What makes the Ruuvi so groovy? Ruuvi Bluetooth sensors now communicate with Victron Energy GX devices, including the Cerbo GX, Ekrano GX, and GlobalLink 520. They show up nicely on VRM, Victron's free remote management platform, with graphs for temperature, humidity, etc, and you can use built-in relays to, for example, trigger a buzzer when a critical mechanical room gets too hot or cold. To learn how to add Ruuvi sensor data to your existing Victron system, read Monitor Temperature on Victron's Cerbo GX Using Ruuvi Sensors.

Pull Valuable Temperature Data into your VRM Dashboard

Real-time Ruuvi sensor data can be viewed on a Victron GX Touchscreen and pushed to the cloud with Victron’s Remote Monitoring platform (VRM). Once configured, users can trigger alarms inside VRM to send an email notification if a sensor reports an environmental change that is not desirable - or use the built-in relay on the Victron GX device to turn on a fan, a heater, a physical alarm, etc.

    Awesome for monitoring fridge and freezer

    Primarily use these RuuviTags and notification for monitoring our boat fridge and Engel freezer to ensure they are operating at the correct temperatures.

    We has a circuit breaker did not get knocked off for the freezer one day and when we came back that evening, everything was lost in the freezer. These RuuviTags connected to our Victron Cerbo GX ensures that doesn’t happen again.

    Plus the history charts have helped us dial in the temperature both the freezer and fridge.

    I bought a RUUVI Tag Pro 2in1 from Intelligent Controls to get an accurate temperature reading in my sauna. It takes a little longer to warm up and register than my other thermometer, but I really trust the accuracy once it's there. And, as it turns out, my "pretty" thermometer is fully accurate enough for my purposes. So, now I'm going to use the RUUVI to get an accurate reading during my cold water swims, as it's fully waterproof. I was hesitant about its use in the sauna, but all my questions were fully answered, and I had a lovely chat with Laura in Montana. Thank you!
