Refund policy

Intelligent Controls offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not accept returns on installed or modified equipment.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase. Special order items are subject to restocking fees.

To start a return, fill out this contact form or email question@intelligentcontrols.io. If your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back without a return request will not be processed and may be lost.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

If you've arranged an exchange with our team, you'll need to return the original item to our warehouse first. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll send you an adjusted invoice for the new item and any billing changes.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, our team will review and approve the refund. The refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Business customers will receive a credit toward their next order. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process the refund.
