Victron's Orion series of DC-DC converters are highly effective DC charger and power supply units. In systems with different voltages, these units provide step-up and step-down conversion of voltages to match your needs.
These units feature a remote on/off function, eliminating the need for a high-current switch in the input wiring. You can operate them with a low-power switch or, for example, the engine run/stop switch (see manual for details).
All Orion models are short-circuit protected and can be connected in parallel to increase output current. There's no limit to the number of units you can parallel.
