The RuuviTag 4in1 is a wireless, open-source sensor that measures temperature, air humidity, air pressure, and movement. Measurement results are sent directly to your phone within a Bluetooth range of up to 100 meters. Review live and historical data directly on your smartphone or tablet using the Ruuvi Station app. Set up takes a few minuets and the standard watch battery (included) lasts 12-24 months and is easy to replace.

Ruuvi Bluetooth sensors also communicate with Victron Energy GX devices. Once connected to a Cerbo GX, Ekrano GX or GlobalLink 520, Ruuvi sensors report environmental data to Victron's free remote monitoring platform platform, VRM. This also allows users to, for example, use Relay 2 on the Cerbo GX to turn on the fan in your camper van when the temperature gets above 76 degrees. One less thing to worry about and one more valuable piece of information in your pocket.

Place these sensors anywhere (humidor box, guest cabin, freezer, boat hull, salt water fish tank....go nuts) and set up email alerts in VRM to let you know if something is too wet, hot, or cold.

Real-time Ruuvi sensor data can be viewed on a Victron GX Touchscreen and pushed to the cloud with Victron’s Remote Monitoring platform (VRM). Once configured, users can trigger alarms inside VRM to send an email notification if a sensor reports an environmental change that is not desirable - or use the built-in relay on the Victron GX device to turn on a fan, a heater, a physical alarm, etc.

    Beehive monitoring

We use these Ruuvi tags to monitor the internal environment inside of our beehives. There is a lot of information you can discover about your bees by monitoring temperature and humidity. I've been using these for a couple of years now and they work great. I can't use the case as intended because they are just a little too tall. Nothing a small cloth bag won't fix.

    Thoughts Ruuvi 4-1 tag

Ruuvi….works well as described.Suggestion: clarify what the Movement function does. Does in record the movement of the tag or the movement around the tag?

Very Cool and efficient way to track temperature but also barometer and humidy

Primarily use this tag and notification for monitoring my drone batteries in their lithium fire proof bag to ensure the bag never gets hot.

Very reliable little device for Temp, Humidity and Pressure

Very reliable little device for Temp, Humidity and Pressure. I paired this with a Victron Globallink 520 to record temp inside my solar controller panel.

    Very happy with the RuuviTag

    Love my RUUVIs

I live on a boat, and charter 8-10 people for a week at a time, so I have LOTS of refrigeration (2 refrigerators and 2 freezers). In the past, I have lost hundreds of dollars (several times) when a freezer malfunctioned between charters, causing all food contents to defrost & spoil, while I was blissfully unaware. I can now track all temperatures (with graphs going back 30 days) to spot refrigeration problems before a complete melt-down. PLUS, the guests are always curious (and the Coast Guard requires) that I have reliable weather information to monitor approaching bad weather, so I also have the Ruuvi 4-in-1 in the cockpit, giving me the same great tracking of Barometric Pressure and Humidity in addition to temperature. I have been through plenty of hurricanes but always have adequate forewarning. My Ruuvis are all tied into my Victron System, so I can even monitor conditions via the internet when I am away from the boat. I cannot stress how much money I have saved and how much peace-of-mind I have received from my Ruuvi sensors.

Special shout-out to the good folks at IntelligentControls.io who are both helpful and professional. Prices and service, including my experience(s) with same-day shipment are excellent. I recommend the Ruuvis and IntelligentControls.io with complete confidence.
